What cloud and infrastructure services do you provide?
Our focus areas include AWS cloud architecture and migration, enterprise SAN/NAS storage, VMware virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, hybrid infrastructure, security and governance reviews, and performance or cost visibility. Scope depends on your environment and agreed objectives.
Can you help migrate an existing application to AWS?
We can help assess dependencies, evaluate migration options, plan sequencing, identify cutover and rollback requirements, and define post-migration validation. Implementation scope and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Do you support existing AWS environments?
Yes, within an agreed scope. Typical areas for review include architecture, identity and access, network design, logging, backup coverage, workload performance, operational readiness and cloud cost visibility.
Can you review security and disaster recovery?
We can assess relevant design and operational controls, including access boundaries, data protection, recovery objectives, dependencies and restore procedures. Any assessment is advisory unless implementation and testing are included in the agreed scope.
How do you approach cloud cost optimization?
We look at resource sizing, usage patterns, tagging, budget visibility, storage lifecycle and workload needs. Recommendations should be validated against performance, availability and business requirements rather than reducing spend at any cost.
Can you help with SAN/NAS storage and VMware environments?
Yes. Relevant technology experience includes enterprise SAN/NAS storage, Dell EMC VMAX, VNX and PowerScale, VMware vSphere/ESXi, vSAN and NSX/NSX-T. We agree the platform, scope, available information and deliverables before work begins.
How are engagements structured?
We start by understanding the current environment, desired outcome, constraints and dependencies. Before implementation, we agree on scope, deliverables, customer responsibilities and how results will be validated.
Do you offer ongoing support or an SLA?
Support hours, response targets, escalation paths and ongoing operational responsibilities depend on the specific engagement. They are documented and agreed in writing where included; this page does not imply a universal SLA.
